Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 2850/88,
2860/88, 2889/88, 2887/88, 2888/88 and 2981/88, respecting
Lots 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39,
40, 41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 68, 69
and 70 and Blocks 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78 and 79, Plan
40M-1526, Pickering
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 2850/88, 2860/88, 2889/88, 2887/88, 2888/88 and 2981/88 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
