Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 2685/88,
2695/88, 2849/88, 2886/88, 2937/88, 2951/88 and 3082/89,
respecting Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 29, 33,
34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 43, 44, 45, 77, 78, 170, 171 and 172, Plan
40M-1466, Pickering
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
By-laws 2685/88, 2695/88, 2849/88, 2886/88, 2937/88, 2951/88 and 3082/89 are hereby
repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
