BY-LAW NO. 5 2 5 5/9 8
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 2686/88
and 2849/88, respecting Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16,
17, 18, 19, 20and21, Plan 40M-1488, Pickering
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 2686/88 and 2849/88 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
