BY-LAW NO. 5254/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 2447/87,
2490/87, 2509/87, 2526/87 and 2582/87, respecting Lots 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39,
40, 41, 42, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 50, 51, 52, 55, 56, 58, 59, 60, 61,
62, 63, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, 72 and 73, Plan 40M-1440,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws 2447/87, 2490/87, 2509/87, 2526/87 and 2582/87 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
