BY-LAW NO. 5251/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law 2431/87
respecting Lots 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24,
Plan 40M-1416, Pickering
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 2431/87 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
