Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 2430/87,
2449/87, 2460/87, 2508/87, 2565/87, 2580/87 and 2589/87
respecting Lots 4, 7, 10, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21,22, 23, 24,
25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 42, 45,
48, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 59, 62, 63, 64, 65, 66, 67, 68, 69, 70, 73,
77, 78 and 79, Plan 40M-1447, Pickering
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Picketing HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
By-laws 2430/87, 2449/87, 2460/87, 2508/87, 2565/87, 2580/87 and 2589/87 are hereby
repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 20th day of April, 1998.
