BY-LAW NUMBER 5242/98
Being a by-law to establish an honourarium for Members of
the Committee of Adjustment.
WHEREAS pursuant to Section 44(9) of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, the members of
the Committee of Adjustment shall be paid such compensation as the Council may provide;
NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
PICKERING HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. The remuneration payable to a Member of.the Committee of Adjustment shall be $80.00
per meeting.
2. This by-law shall take effect as of March 1, 1998.
3. By-law Number 4169/93 is hereby repealed.
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1998.
