BY-LAW NO. 5238/98
Being a by-law to dedicate part of Block 176, Plan
40M-1630 (Part 1, Plan 40R-17926) and Parts of
Lot 7, Plan 282, Pickering (Parts 4 and 11, Plan
40R-17926) as public highway (Lawson Street).
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of that part of Block 176,
Plan 40M-1630, designated as Part 1, Plan 40R-17926 and those parts of Lot 7, Plan 282,
Picketing, designated as Parts 4 and 11, Plan 40R-17926, and wishes to dedicate them as public
highway (Lawson Street).
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Part Block 176, Plan 40M-1630 (Part 1, Plan 40R-17926) is hereby dedicated as ~public
highway. (Lawson Street).
Part Lot 7, Plan 282, (Parts 4 and 11, Plan 40R-17926) are hereby dedicated as public
highway. (Lawson Street)
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 23rd day of March, 1998.
