BY-LAW NO. 5226/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-laws 4923/97,
respecting Lots 19, 23, 24, 52, 61, 62, 63, 64, 65 and 66,
Plan 40M-1810, Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-law 4923/97 is hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 9th day of March, 1997.
