BY-LAW NO. 5225/98
Being a by-law to repeal Part Lot Control By-law #2507/87,
#2590/87 and #2362/87, respecting Lots 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40,
41, 42, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61
and Blocks 62, 63, 64, 67, 68, 69, 70, 71, Plan 40M-1415,
Pickering.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 50 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, chapter P. 13,
the council of a municipality may repeal a Part Lot Control By-law;
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY ENACTS
AS FOLLOWS:
1. By-laws #2507/87, #2590/87 and #2362/87 are hereby repealed.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 9th day of March, 1998.
