BY-LAW NO. 5207/9
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 36, Plan 40M-
1877, Pickering (Rouge Forest Crescent) as
public highway.
WHEREAS The Corporation of the Town of Pickering is the owner of Block 36, Plan 40M-
1877, Pickering (Rouge Forest Crescent) and wishes to dedicate it as public highway.
NOW THEREFORE, the Council of The Corporation of the Town of Pickering HEREBY
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
Block 36, Plan 40M-1877, Pickering (Rouge Forest Crescent) is hereby dedicated as
public highway.
BY-LAW read a first, second and third time and finally passed this 16th day of February, 1998.
