By-law No. 7663/18
Being a by-law to establish Part Lot 20, Concession 2,
Pickering, designated as Part 6, 40R-29446 as public
highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of Part Lot 20,
Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 6, 40R-29446 and wishes to establish it as
public highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Part Lot 20, Concession 2, Pickering, designated as Part 6, 40R-29446 is hereby
established as public highway (Valley Farm Road).
By-law passed this 10th day of December, 2018.
