That PUrSUtmt to Section 55(7) of the Muni<:ipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting closed to the public for the purpose of considering a litigation matters and a
personnel matter.
