SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday, November 25,

That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting closed to the public for the rurpose of considering matters oflitigation and
property transactions,
