DELEGATIONS Larry Cordes addressed Council with respect to #7 Auto Wreckers at 3356 Balsam Road. Mr. Cordes, neighbour to the south of this business, distributed packages to each Council member with an outline of the situation and pictures of violations of the by-law talcing place at this site. He requested assistance of Council to rectify the injustice occurring on a daily basis at 33S6 Balsam Road. He advised that vehicles are being dropped off at this site after hours, anti-tTeeze and oil are spilt on the site, running into the water system causing the water to be poUuted. The lack of sleep, due to the noise is affecting his health and his business, The Ministry of Environment advised that th~e are no inftactions, therefore, they cannot assist. TBIRD READING: Councillor Johnson, seconded by Councillor Dickerson moved that the report of the Committee of the Whole on By-law Number 4844/96 be adopted and the said by-law be now read a third time and PASSED and that the Mayor and Cleric sig:¡ the same and the seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto, CARRIED (V) ornER BUSINESS I. Councillor Dickerson advised that a meeting, held by Councillors Brenner, Pistritto and himself will tl'Jce place on Tuesday, September 24th at 7 p.m, regarding disturbances and vandalism in community parks. 2. Councillor Brenner advised that a Notice of Motion will be coming forward concerning Conduct of Council and the Breaching of Confidentiality. 3. REGIONAL OFFICIAL PLAN AMENDMENT APPLICATION 95-00510 DRAFT PLAN OF SUBDIVISION 18T-95035 ZONING BY-LAW AMENDMENT APPLICATION A 7/95 DEGRAAUW HOLDING PART OF LOT ll, CONCESSION 8 (SOUTHWEST CORNER WESTNEY AND NINTH CONCESSION ROADS) FILE NUMBER - B 2310 .
