That pursuant to Section S5(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S,O. 1990, c M 45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town ofPic1cering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting closed to the public for the purpose of considering a matter of possible litigation.

The Town Solicitor reported that the law firm that was retained to collect the
overpayment ûom Novacor Construction Limited has prepared a Statement of Claim but
have not served it pending a meeting on Friday, June 14, 1996 with the principals of
Novacor.
