Town staff, in conjunction with Library statt: shall talce whatever steps are nec;essary to determine the suitability of the Steeple Hill Church property as a how')' branch and multi-purpose facility, including determining the cost of any required retrofitting, 2, TdC Town Solicitor shall obtain an appraisal of the Steeple Hill Church property. , 3. The Town Manager, in conjunction with Library staff, shall begin negotiations with the owners of the steeple Hill Church property with a view to acquiring it for a new western branch horary.
