That pursuant to Se\,1ion 55(7) of the Municipal Act, RS.O. 1990, c M.45, as ameaded,
the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting closed to the public for the purpose of considering a property transaction and a
personnel J11.atter.
