That pursuant to Section 55(7) of the Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1990, c M.45, as amended,
the Council of the Corporation oft."'e Town ofPic1cering hereby resolves to conduct a
meeting closed to the public for the purpose of considering a proposed acquisition ofland.

That an offer in the amount 0£$900.000.00 be made for the McKean property with all the
