COUNCIL MINUTES
A Special Meeting of the Pickering Town Council was held on Monday,
December 10, 1990 at 8:20 p.m.

Pursuant to By-law 3714 (Procedural By-law), this Special Meeting
was called to consider By-laws 3615/90 and 3616/90.

BY-LAWS
Councillor Dickerson, seconded by Councillor Mitchell moved for
leave to introduce by-laws of the Town of Pickering:
BY-law Number 3615/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Blocks 135 and 136,
Pickering as a public highway (Wildrose Crescent).
Plan M-1222,
By-law Number 3616/90
Being a by-law to dedicate Block 118, Plan 40M-1473, Pickering as a
public highway (Napanee Road).

Councillor Dickerson, seconded by Councillor Mitchell, moved that
the Report of the Committee of the Whol e on By-l aw Numbers 3615/90
and 3616/90 be adopted and the said by-laws be now read a third time
and PASSED and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the seal
of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
