FOR CIVIC COMPLEX AND LIBRARY
CARETAKING
FILE NUMBER - C4300

That Tender T -26-89 for Contract Caretaking at the Pi ckeri ng
Civic Complex submitted by Ajax Floor and Rug Service continue
at a cost of $66.000 each year for a term of 2 years (December
18, 1989 to November 1, 1990 and December 1, 1990 to November
30,1991) be approved; and
That Tender T-3-90 for Contract Caretaking at the Pickering
Public Library portion only submitted by Alloby Building
Maintenance in the amount of $45,126 for 1.5 years ($29,304 Term
- May 21,1990 to May 21,1991 and $15,822 Term - May 22,1991
to November 30, 1991) be approved.
