called to consider By-law 2541/87 ,nd By-law 2542/87.

BY-LAWS

Councillor Stoner. seconded by Councillor Mitchell moved for leave to
introduce By-laws of the Town of Pickering:
By-law Number 2541/81'
Being a by-law to author ize the Mayor and Clerk to exeeute an offer
t~ sell to the Regional Municipality of Durham for the sum of
$1,500,000 part of lot 18, Range 3, and part of the road allowõnee
between Lots 18 and 19, Concession l, Pickering, comprising the lands
and premises of the Town's present municipal building.
By-law Number 2542/¿ì
Being a by-lew to accept the Offer dated July 1987 of Gerry Gazarek
to purchase that part of Lots 25 and 26, Range 3. B.F.C. and part of
road allowance between Broken Front Concession and Concession 1,
Pickering. designated as Parts 4 - 17, Plan 40R-lO90, and to
authorize the Mayor and Clerk to execute same on behalf of the Town.

Counci llor Mitche 11, seconded by Councillor Stoner moved that the
report of the Collll1ittee of the Who le on By-law Numbers 2541/87 and
2542187 be adopted, and that the sa id By-laws be now read a Th ird
Time and PASSED. and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and the
seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
