Doug McIntosh stated there is no fac 11 ity in Town for artists to display their works or for IllUsicians to perfor8. He also stated a cultural centre would not be a drain on 8Unicipal funds because ad8ission would be charged. Mrs. Verity Hobbs. Secretary of Pickering P1ayers, stated a central library and an arts centre is needed in the Town.
