Violet Shaw complained about not being able to erect oabmns at Cedar Glen Park. 3. C. A. Balsdo~ could not act on Planning Board. 4. Oshawa General Hospital submitted the 1954 Annual Reports. 5. Mrs. K. Stork solicited grant ror Piokering Village Library. 6. Ontario Municipal Board gave notice of Hearing or Martin vs. Township, who nefused to approve his Plan in Concession 2, Lot 33. Hearing to be at Counoil Chambers February 17th, at lO A. M. 7. Brunner-Monde - 1955 Prioe, $33.00 plus $9.80 freight - 42.80 8. T. M. Moore advised that there is no legal obligation ror Township to put out oar or truok rires on Township roads or to colleot cost of service from the Insurance Companies. 9. Ontario MunioiDal Board approved By-Law No. 2064! .for $68,000.00, School Section 2 Debentures delayed one year. 10. Chier Hill requested Venetian Blinds for Police Off'ice, at cost or ~ 132.00. The following PERSONS, on MOTION, were heard: 1. Mr. Venohiarutti and Mrs. Bishop and Mr. Moore discussed zoning Industrial Area, and they agreed to have a By-Law ror February 9th. , 2. Mr. L. Bouohe~, Distriot Munioipal Engineer, suggested that $112,000.00 Provinoial road appropriation be used ror operating and maintenance and a supplementary amount be asked for hard su~raoing. ) 3. }fr. Re~an advised that he would crush a rurther 10,000 yards gravel starting February 3rd. Counoil agreed. ~ 4. Joe BurDows, re truck Tender. 5. Geor~e Will, re truok Tender. ~ 6.
