A meeting of Pickering Township Council was held on
Friday, the Twentyfirst day of August, 1964 at the Municipal
Building, Brougham, at 10.45 o'clock, p.m.
Present:- ~~. C.W. Laycox, in the chair
Mrs. Jean McPherson
Mr. Harvey Spang
Mr. Hubert Wank

1. Tenders for Sewers and Watermains on the Industrial
Road were opened.
The Tenders resulted as follows :-

Moved by Mr. Wank, seconded by Mrs. McPherson, that the
Tender for Sewer and Watermains submitted by Metro Utilities
Services, being the lowest tender, be accepted conditional
on the Township Engineer's approval.
CARRIED.
Moved by Mr. Spang, seconded by Mr. Wank, that this meeting
now adjourn at 11 p.m.
