Hertzberg and Kathleen Margaret Hertzberg, owners of part of Concession 2, Lot 26, to convey to the Hydro Electric Power Commiss- ion of Ontario an irregular parcel of land containing 0.971 acres for power line purposes, as requested by the Township of Pickering Planning Board July 5, 1963. CARRIED RESOLUTION NUMBER 200/63 MOVED by Mr. Spang, seconded by Mr. Wank, that this Council make application to the Ontario Municipal Board for approval of consent for Charles and Nellie Risk, owners of a farm in Concession 1, Lot 24, to convey to the Canadian National Railways Company an irregular parcel from the front of their fa~ of 0.732 acres for road widening purposes, as requested by the Township of Pickering Planning Board July 5, 1963. CARRIED RESOLUTION NUMBER 201/63 MOVED by Mr. Deakin, seconded by Mr. Greening, that this Council make application to the Ontario Municipal Board for approval of consent for Mukola and Serafin Romanenko to convey to Serafin Romanenko, firstly _ a parcel of land 264 feet by 660 feet in area, and secondly _ an adjoining parcel of land 363 feet 4 inches by 246 feet 6 inches in area, all part of Township Lot 21, Concession 1; as recommended by the Township of Pickering Planning Board July 5, 1963. CARRIED 3 RESOLUTION NUMBER 202/63 MOVED by Mr. Wank, seconded by Mrs. McPherson, that this Council make application to the Ontario Municipal Board for approval of consent for Eleanor Dunham, owner of a.lot 70 feet by 307.42 feet in the north half of Lot 22, Concession 1, of the Township of pickering, to convey to Joseph Newman, trustee; as recommended by the Township of Pickering Planning Board July 5, 1963. CARRIED RESOLUTION NIDiBER 203/63 MOVED by Mr. Deakin, seconded by Mr. Wank, that whenever a road is closed in future by the Railway, Road Department or Engineerts Department, the Police and Fire Departments mY!! be notified by telephone and confi~ed by letter. A copy of this motion shall be sent to the Department Heads concerned and the C. N. Railway. Spang, that this Council request approval of the Department of Highways of Ontario to hire sçrapers and D-8 Cat for 5th Concession. CARRIED RESOLUTION NUMBER 206/63 MOVED by Mr. Deakin, seconded by Mr. Greening, that the Tender of Water & Sanitation Structures Ltd. for the construction of water and sewers into the Industrial Lands at a total tendered sum of $3,971.00, as recommended by the Township Engineer, be accepted. CARRIED 4 DIRECTIONS 1. Treasurer forward copies of all reports to all members of Counoil when reports are sent out. 2. Treasurer oharge Museum funds to general aocount. 3. Clerk endeavour to get $117.00 Federal Sales Tax on truck back from Giles Motors. 4. Clerk advise all Department Heads that tenders must be opened by Council. 5. Clerk find out what Board of Transport Order for C. N. R. Rosebank crossing entailed and ask them not tò rescind Order. 6. Prepare By-Law for taking over private roads suggested in blank.
