It was pointed out that the Brougham tea. had won the Provincial_champion- skip for two years and in finals once in last three years, and they feel that they could raise by subscription and grants the necessary $5,500.00 or $ 6,000.00. 4.. 6. Mr. Watkins, President of the Fairport Beach Ratepayers' Association complained that the Police Department did Dot see. to have enoùgh men to give service to residents.
