Mr. Lawson, seconded by Mr. Nichell, moves that By-Law Number 1969 of the ~unicipality of the Township of Picketing to change certain lots from Residential to Shopping Centre Use be now read a second time, and that the ~cil go into Committee of the Whole thereon.
