Rev. A. F. Bamford Conducted the devotional address, and on MOTION of Nr. Balsdon, seconded by Mr. Newman, a vote of thanks was tendered him. Messrs. This month, the 1sst of the year, has once again brought a sex offender to our area, and we have put in many hours .in an endeavour to apprehend him. Some residents have been to see me with regard to street lights and have asked for my approval, which I heartily endorse~ However, the real remedy is more policemen, in order to provide constant patrol and Radio contact. I fully realize this costs money, but we must remember that our women folk and younE zirls~are priceless, and thei~ protection must come first at all costs. Re spectfully submitted. "L. W.
