An Emergent meeting of Council was held on TUESDAY, the Fourth day of
March, 1952, commencing at ONE o'clock in the afternoon.
PRESENT: George T. Todd, Chairman
Milton S. Burk
C. A. Balsdon,
William G. Newman
Police Chief L. W. Trinnell was heard on the workings of his forcee He
reported that there was no dissension in the Force to his knowledge.
The other regular officers and Constables, Messrs. White, Higgins, Channing
and Smith, were asked if they had any complaint to make to Council relative
to their working conditions. The men stated that on legal advice they had
nothing to say.
On MOTION of M~. Newman, the meeting adjourned.
