It was agreed that Mr. Moore of the Legal Department of Provincial Depe. rt~ent be asked to attend Couneil meeting on February let next, relative to a topographical survey. Reeve Noble and Deputy Reeve Powell of East Whitby, having been aske~ to be present to hear Inspector Hand of the Provincial Police Department, Aurora, were welcomed by the Reeve. Aurar. a .. Mr. John Forgie, Secretary of SeE. No. 3E, Dumbarton was S.S. 3E heard and ~he presented .an application for a tentative approval .P~e~osed for the issue of up to ~55,000 debentures for his section for the erection of a four-room addition to their school house.
