Burk, ~oves for leave to introduce a By-law to repeal By-law No. 1697, whereby the Township of Pic- keting is designated as an Urbam Development Area, under Section By-law 23~of the Planning Act passed in 1946, so that it will conform to re the 1947 amendments, and that same ~ow be read a first time. Burk, moved that By-law No. 1763 to repeal By-law No. 1697 whereby the Township of Pickering is desig- nated as an Urb~ Development Area, under Section 23 of the Planning Act passed in 1946, so that it will conform to the 1947 amendments, be no~ read a a econd time, and that the Council ~o into committe® of the whole thereon.
