By-law No. 7516/16
Being a by-law to establish those parts of Lot 18,
Concession 3, being Parts 1 to 5, 40R-29349 as public
highway.
Whereas The Corporation of the City of Pickering is the owner of those parts of Lot 18,
Concession 3, being Parts 1 to 5, 40R-29349, and wishes to establish them as public
highway.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of the City of Pickering hereby enacts as
follows:
1. Those parts of Lot 18, Concession 3, being Parts 1 to 5, 40R-29349 are hereby
established as public highway (William Jackson Drive).
By-law passed this 17th day of October, 2016.
