A meeting of the Pickering Township
Council was held on the TWENTY-FOURTH
day of JULY, at 11:31 p.m.

R. Chatten

J. Williams
Clerk D. J. PIitz
The Committee of the Whole Council convened into Council and
passed the following motion.
Resolution #262/67
MOVED by Councillor D. Beer, seconded by Councillor
N. Waller that the draft plan as proposed by Eastridge
Development Ltd. be submitted to the Minister of the
Department of Municipal Affairs for approval and that
the questionnaire be completed accordingly, as
recommended by the Committee of the Whole Council at
their meeting of July 24, 1967.
CARRIED

Nay: Spang, Chatten, Williams
Moved by Councillor Williams, seconded by Councillor D. Beer
that this meeting of Council now adjourn at 11:36 p.m.
