By-Law Number 3920/70
Councillor V. Rudik, seconded by Councillor J. Kruger, moves
tor leave to introduce a By-law of the Township ot Pickering
to correct an incorrect numerical description in a,-law 3692/69
whereby Section 12 was numbered as Section 13, and that sam.
now be read a first time.

Committee of the Whole thereon.
The Coamittee ot the Whole arises and reports the By-law as
read.
Councillor Budik, seconded by Deputy Reeve AShe! moves that
tihe report of the, Comm1 ttee of the Whole on By- aw number
3920/70 be adopted. and that the said By-law be now read a
Third Time and PAsåED, that the Reeve and Clerk sign the .-.
and the Seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
