MEETING
A meeting of the Pickering Township
Council was held on WEDNESDAY, the
TWENTY-FIFTH day of NOVEMBER, 1970,
at 7:30 P.M.

BY-LAWS
By-Law Number 3913/70
Councillor J. Kruger, seconded by Deputy Reeve G. Ashe, moves
for leave to introduce a By-law of the Township of Pickering
to establish a Community Centre at Frenchman's Bay (Teen
Centre) and that same now be read a first time.
Councillor J. Kruger, seconded by Councillor D. Kitchen moves
that By-law Number 3913/70 to establish a Community Centre
at Frenchman's Bay (Teen Centre) be now read a second time,
and that Council go into Committee of the Whole thereon.
The Committee of the Whole arises and reports the By-law as
read.
Councillor J. Kruger seconded by Deputy Reeve G. Ashe, moves
that the rep'ort of the Committee c£ the Whole on By-Law
Number 3913770 be adoPted~ and that the said By-law be now
read a Third Time and PAS~ED, that the Reeve and Clerk sign
the same, and the Seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
