exe.rcise its option and purchase the most Southerly ,36.4.0&
acmes ot the lands owned by Justine Hold1ngs Limited and
further, that the purchase be made from funds in the Township
of Pickering Industrial accounts, et.c... other than by
debenturing estimated at $291,248-00, all as recommended by .

for leave to introdùce a By-law of the To\l;~ship of Pickering
to authorize the execution of an agreement of purchase and
sale dated September 21, 1970 (Justine Holdings - 36.406)
and that same now be read a first time.
Councillor V. Rudik, seconded by Councillo'r Mrs. J. L. McPherson
moves that By-law Number 3896/70 to authorize the execution
of an agreement of purchase and sale dated September 21, 1970,
be now read a second time, and that Council go into Committee
of the WhoJ.e thereon.
