A meeting of the Pickering Township
Council was held on ~DNESDAY, the
NINETEENTH day of NOVEMBER, 1969,
at 8:05 P.M.

The meeting of Council was called for the purpose of passing a by-law
with respect to Tile Drainage.
By-Law #3736/69
Councillor J. Kruger, seconded by Councillor A. King, moves for
leave to introduce a By-law of the Township of Picketing to impose a
special drainage rate on part of N½ Lot 23, in Concession 7 and that
same now be read a first time.
Councillor J. Kruger, seconded by Councillor V. Rudik, moves
that By-law Number 3736/69 to impose a special drainage rate on par~
of N~ Lot 23, in Concession 7 be now read a second time, and that
Council go into Committee of the Whole thereon.
The Committee of the Whole arises and reports the By-law as
read.
Councillor J. Kruger, seconded by Deputy Reeve R. Chatten, moves
that .the report of the Committee of the ~l~ole on By-law Number
3736/69 be adopted, and that the said By-law be now read a Third Time
and PASSED, that the Reeve and Clerk sign the same, and the Seal of
the Corporation be affixed thereto.

ADJOURNMENT
Moved by Councillor J. Kruger, that Council adjourn to reconvene
into Committee of the ~ole in Roads. (8:10 p.m.)
