A meeting of the Pickering Township
Council was held on MONDAY, the
TWENTY-FOURTH day of FEBRUARY, 1969,
at 10:35 p.m.
PRESENT: Reeve J. R. Williams
Deputy Reeve R. Chatten
Councillors - V. Rudik
D. Kitchen
R. Mason
J. Kruger
Clerk D. J. Plitz
(Councillor A. King-Absent)
Moved by Deputy Reeve R. Chatten, seconded by Councillor V. Rudik, that
the Committee of the Whole convene into Council for the purpose of
giving third reading to By-law 3620.
CARRIED
By.law Number 3620 (Third reading)
The Committee of the Whole arises and reports the By-law as read.
Councillor V. Rudik, seconded by Councillor D. Kitchen moves that
the report of the Committee of the Whole on By-law Number 3620 be
adopted, and that the said By-law be now read a Third Time and
PASSED, that the Reeve and Clerk sign the same, and the Seal of
the Corporation be affixed thereto.

Moved by Councillor R. Mason, seconded by Councillor D. Kitchen
that this meeting now adjourn, at 10:45 p.m.
