Township Council was held

The Council convened into an emergent Council meeting for the
purpose of opening tenders for the following projects;
PRESENT:

Concrete culvert on Scarborough/Pickering Townline.
Storm sewers on JodrellRoad and High Bush Trail.

MOVED by Councillor R. Chatten, seconded by 'Councillor
J. S. Scott, that the tender of W. G. Kelly Construction
in the amount of $8,920.00 be accepted for the installation
of a Concrete Culvert on the Scarborough-Pickering
Townline, 350 feet North of Finch Avenue, subject to the
approvals of the Department of Transportation and
Communications of Ontario and the Township Engineer.

MOVED by Deputy Reeve G. Ashe, seconded by Councillor
R. Chatten, that the tender of Silvio Construction in
the amount of $3~,629.75 be accepted for the installation
of storm sewers on High Bush Trail and Jodrell Road,
subject to the approvals of the Department of Transporta-
tion and Communications of Ontario and the Township Engineer.

Adjournment
Moved by Deputy Reeve G. Ashe, seconded by Councillor
D. Kitchen, that this Council do now adjourn to reconvene
into Committee of the Whole Council at 8:05 p.m.
