(1) ADOPTION OF MINUTES
Moved by Councillor ~rs. J. ~cPherson, seconded by
Deputy Reeve G. Ashe that the minutes of the meeting
of November 19th 1973 be adopted.

(11) RESOLUTIONS
Resolution 307/73
MOVED by Councillor K. Matheson, seconded by
Councillor D. Kitchen that the tender of Dagmar
Construction for construction and reconstruction
of Concession 3 Road, Lots 19, 20 and 21 in the
amount of $297,509°00 be accepted, subject to
the approval of the LIinistry of Transportation
and Communications.

Area # 18 in the amount of $179,672.40 be accepted.

Deputy Reeve G. Ashe that the Engineer be authorized
to retain the services of a firm of consulting
engineers to provide construction supervision
services for the construction of the Concession 3
Road.

By-law Number 4458/73
Deputy Reeve G. Ashe, seconded by Councillor
K. ~{atheson moves for leave to introduce a By-law
of the Township of Pickering to amend By-law
Number 4441/73 (Kirk) and that same now be read
a first time°
Deputy Reeve Go Ashe, seconded by Councillor B. Searle
moves that By-la~ Number ~58/73 to amend By-law
Number 44~1/73 (Kirk) be now read a second time,
and that Council go into Committee of the Whole
thereon.
The Committee of the Whole arises and reports the
By-law as read.
Deputy Reeve G. Ashe, seconded by Councillor
D. Kitchen moves that the report of the Committee
of the Whole on By-law Number 4~58/73 be adopted,
and that the said By-law be now read a Third Time
and PASSED, that the Reeve and Clerk sign the same,
and the Seal of The Corporation be affixed thereto.

of the Township of Pickering to confirm the
proceedings of the Council of the Corporation of the
Township of Pickering at its meeting held on
November 26th 1973 and that same now be read a first
time o

Do Kitchen moves that By-law Num~.er 4~59/73 to
confirm the proceedings-of the Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Pickering at its
meeting held on November 26th 1973 be now read a
second time, and that Council go into Committee
of the Whole thereon.
The Committee of the W.hole arises and reports the
By-law as read.

Ko .~!atheson moves that the report of the Committee of
the Whole on By-l~w Number 44'~9/73 be adopted, and
that the said By-law be now read a Third Time and
PASSED, that the Reeve and Clerk sign the same, and
