(I) RESOLUTIONS
Resolution #226/73
MOVED by Councillor Mrs. J. L. McPHerson, seconded by
Councillor J. Anderson that the Township Engineer be
authorized to proceed with the reconstruction of the
Sheppamd Avenue hill immediately, and further that
negotiations be commenced immediately with those who
have control over the provisions of access to St. Paul's
Church on the Hill, and further, that the Township
Solicitor meet with the lessees of the Church on the Hill
in order to detez~nine with whom the agreement, with
respect to access, would have to be negotiated.

Resolution ~227/73
MOVED by Deputy Reeve G. Ashe, seconded by Councillor
J. Anderson, that By-law 4331/73 be amended by prohibiting
parking on both sides of Sheppard Avenue between
Fairport Road and White's Rd., and further that the
speed limit be reduced to 25 miles per hour and that the
approval of the Ministry of Transportation and Communica-
tions be received as recommended by the Executive
Committee, August 27, 1973.

Resolution #228/73
MOVED by Councillor K. Matheson, seconded by Deputy Reeve
G. Ashe that the recommendations contained in Resolution
#147/73 as amended (Dun-Moore and Sandy Beach Parks) be
adopted as recommended by the Executive Committee,
August 20, 1973.
