Moved by Councillor D. Kitchen~ seconded by Councillor
D. Quick, that the Executive Committee do now adjourn out
of Closed Session of Committee to reconvene into a special
meeting of Council to deal with matters pertaining to Sanitaz,y
Landfill By-law #g096/71.
Resolution ~$9/75
Moved by Councillor D. Kitchen, seconded by Deputy
Reeve G. Ashe, that Resolution #152/72 passed by Council
on May 1st, 1972, be rescinded and further that the
objection received from Mr. & Mrs. W. O. Neilson in a
letter dated February 9, 1973, be noted~and forwarded on
to the Ontario Municipal Board and further, that
this objection along with all others having been
noted, Council reaffirms its support of By-law ~096/71.
