A meeting of the Pickering Town Council was
held on MONDAY, the TWENTY-THIRD day of
AUGUST 1976 at 9:50 P.M.

BY-LAWS
By-Law Number 459/76
Councillor Searle, seconded by Councillor Matheson
moved for leave to introduce a By-law of the Town of
Pickering to adopt Amendment Number 27 of the Official
Plan for the Town of Pickering Planning Area, Regional
of Durham (G.A. Gazarek, Part Lot 18, Concession 1)
and that same be now read a first, second and third
time and that the same be now finally passed and that
the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and that the Seal
of the Corporation be thereto affixed.
CARRIED
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed

Moved by Councillor Matheson, seconded by Councillor
Kitchen that the meeting adjourn into Closed Session
at the hour of 9:51 p.m.
