MEETING
A meeting of the Pickering Town
Council was held on Monday, the 24th
day of November, 1975 at 10.55 p.m.

RESOLUTIONS
Resolution # 175/75

MOVED by Councillor Robertson, seconded by Councillor
Anderson that the report of the Town Solicitor dated
November 20th 1975 dealing with the Agreement between
the former Township of Pickering and the Town of Ajax
be received and that the by-law authorizing an
amendment to the original agreement considered during
the Executive Committee Meeting of November lOth 1975
be approved.

By-law Number 320/75

Councillor Matheson, seconded by Councillor Robertson
moves for leave to introduce a By-law of the Town of
Pickering to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign
an Agreement amending the Agreement dated December 1st
1971 between the former Township of Pickering and the
Town of Ajax with respect to garbage disposal and
that same now be read a first, second and third time
and PASSED, and that the Mayor and Clerk sign same,
and the Seal of the Corporation be affixed thereto.
CARRIED
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed.
CONFIRMATION BY-LAW
By-law Number 321/75
Councillor Robertson, seconded by Councillor Searle
moves for leave to introduce a By-law of the Town of
Pickering to confirm the proceedings of the Council
of the Corporation of the Town of Pickering at its
meeting held on the 24th day of November 1975, and
that same now be read a first, second and third time
and PASSED, and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the
sææ, and the Seal of the Corporation be ~ffixed thereto.
