COUNCIL MEETING
A meeting of the Pickering Town
Council was held on Monday, the
10th day of NOVEMBER 1975, at
10:30 p.m.

BY-LAW
By-Law Number 316/75
Councillor Kitchen, seconded by Councillor Searle, moves
for leave to introduce a By-law of the Town of Pickering
to amend By-law Number 4394/73 of the former Township of
Pickering which provided for the sale of part of Lot 18,
Range 3, Broken Front Concession to Orangebrook Developments
Limited and to repeal By-law Number 3l3{75, and that same
now be read a first, second and third time and PASSED, and
that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same, and the Seal of the
Corporation be affixed thereto.
CARRIED
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally paøstd.
ADJOURNMENT
Moved by Councillor Robertson, seconded by Councillor
Kitchen, that the meeting adjourn into Closed Session
at 10:33 p.m.
