RESOLUTION
Resolution 146/75

MOVED by Councillor Anderson, seconded by Councillor
Spratley that the Town of Pickering Professional
Firefighters' Association be granted permission to
canvass the Town of Pickering for the Muscular
Dystrophy Society on September 26th and 27th 1975.

BY-LAW
By-Law Number 297/75
Councillor Kitchen, seconded by Councillor Spratley
moves for leave to introduce a By-law of the Town
of Pickering to Regulate the hours of operation of
retail gasoline service stations within designated
areas of the Town of Pickering, and that the same
be now read a first, second and third time, and that
the Mayor and Clerk sign the same, and the Seal of
the Corporation be affixed thereto.
CARRIED
By-law read a first, second and third time and
finally passed.

ADJOURNMENT
MOVED by Councillor Spratley, seconded by Councillor
Anderson that the meeting adjourn into Closed Session
at the hour of 10:05 p.m.
