COUNCIL MEETING
A special meeting of the Pickering Town
Council was held on Monday, the TWENTY-
FIFTH day of AUGUST, 1975, at 5:30 P.M.
PRESENT:
Acting Mayor J. Anderson
Councillor D. Kitchen
Councillor K. Matheson
Councillor B. Searle
Councillor K. Spratley
N. C. Marshall, Administrator-Clerk
The purpose of the meeting was to pass a by-law correcting
a minor wording error in the by-law governing the zoning on
the Pictown Holdings Limited subdivision on Liverpool Road.
By-Law Number 280/75
Councillor Kitchen, seconded by Councillor Matheson,
moves for leave to introduce a by-law of tq~uTown of -~
Pickering to amend Restricted Area By-law $&3~~ ~
amended by By-law 173/75 (Pictown Holdings Limited)
and that same now be read a first, second and third
time and that the same be now finally passed and that
the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and that the Seal
of the Corporation be thereto affixed
CARRIED
By-law read a first, second and third time and finally
passed.
Adjournment
On motion, the meeting adjourned at 5:40 p.m.
