Ashe Councillors J. ~'derson D. Kitchen K. Matheson A. Robertson B. Searle K. Spratley Administrator- Clerk Deputy Clerk N.C. Marshall J.P. Myslik (I) RESOLUTIONS REPORT OF THE PLANNING COMMITTEE OF MAY 22,1975 The Planning Committee respectfully submits and recommends as follows:- ROSEBANK NEIGHBOURHOOD - RECO~1ENDED TERTIARY PLAN be received and adopted, in principle, be circulated to all outside agencies, that comme~ts be received from outside agencies, ratepayers associations and individuals up to June 15th 1975, that the Planning Staff meet with the Rosebank and East Rouge Ratepayers Association to discuss and consider their comments to the Plan, that, on the basis of comments received, a Secondary Plan document be prepared for the consideration of Planning Committee. ResOlution #79/75 MOVED by Councillor Kitchen, seconded by Councillor that the recommendations contained in the Report of Planning Committee dated May 22nd 1975, be adopted. CARRIED THAT the Rosebank Neighbourhood Recommended Tertiary Plan, (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) Robertson the (II) BY-LAWS BY-Law Number 240/75 Councillor Sear~ Deconded by Councillor Anderson moves for leave to introduce a By-law of the Town of Pickering to levy such rates against all the assessed properties in the Town of Pickering as will be required to operate the various Public, Separate and High Schools under jurisdiction of the Durham Region Roman Catholic Separate School Board and the Durham Region Board of Education, and to pay the Debentures and Interest falling due for Schools in the year 1975, and that same be now read a first, second and third time, and that the same be now finally passed and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same and that the Seal of the Corporation be thereto affixed. CARRIED By-law read a first, second and thinitime and finally passeG'. - 67 - 12/75 (II) BY-LAWS (Continued) By-Law Number 241/75 Councillor Kitchen, seconded by Councillor Anderson moves for leave to introduce a By-law of the Town of Pickering to adopt the 1975 buã';:leLs and to provide for the Levy of all Non-educational RRtes required to raise the various Slli~S of money in such budgets, save and except Local Improvements, and that same be now read a first, second and thirj time, and that the same be now finally passed and that the M~yor and Clerk sign the same and that the Seal of the C. :r:'~oration be thereto affixed.
