COUNdIL MEETING
A special meeting of the Pickering Town
Council was held on WEDNESDAY, the THIRTY
FIRST day of JUL1, 1974 at 5:00 P.M.

BY-LAWS
By-Law Number 88/74
Councillor Robertson, seconded by Councillor Mathesoft,
moves for leave to introduce a By-law of the Town of
Pickering being a restricted area By-law to imp1ement
the Official Plan of the Town of Pickerinq, and that
same now be read a first and second time, and that
Council go into Committee of the Whole t:hereon.
The Committee of the Whole arises and reports the By-
law as read.
Councillor Robertson, seconded by Councillor Anderson,
moves that the report of the Committee of the Whole on
By-law Number 88/74 be adopted, and that the said By-
law be now read a Third Time and PASSED, that the Mayor
and Clerk sign the same, and the seal of the Corporation
be affixed thereto.
